The existing core management team members are former managers and executives from international mining companies and have significant experience and impressive track record of successfully managing coal mine operations over the past years.

ECI is led by Mr Honardy Boentario, who has extensive experience in mining operations and financial planning, and has succeeded in completing several greenfield projects. He has an excellent track record in Indonesia coal mining industry. With his strong expertise in finance and mining, together with strategic alliance with heavy-equipment contractors, he has successfully established capable management and efficient operational team in ECI.
